Age Restriction Policy
There are no materials, images, or words on this website that would normally raise any issue about age appropriateness. Alcoholic beverages may not be purchased by persons under 21 years of age.
You must be 21 years of age to order or purchase and/or receive shipments of alcoholic beverages.
All shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an “Adult Signature Required” sticker. The carrier that delivers your wines is required to ask, and check, for identification upon delivery. It is best to have wine delivered to a daytime address as the couriers will not leave it at your home without a signature or proof of age – over 21 years. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to returned shipments for lack of signature will be charged to the customer.
We ship via ground or air depending on your location. Ground is the default method for those closer to CA. We use 2–day for those on the East Coast or for those needing their wine by a specific date. However, the 2–day shipping option is based on the time we processed the order and not the time the order is received. If you have a specific deadline for receiving the wine, please call us at 707-967-9111 so that we can expedite the order and accommodate your shipping special requests. We monitor weather conditions and will hold your shipment in case of extreme temperature to ensure the quality of your wine upon delivery. In addition, wines are shipped from our fulfillment center Mondays or Tuesdays only to avoid long stays in shipping warehouses over weekends.
