Juice of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Malbec
Our third release of Rosé is made from whole cluster pressing of a single block of Cabernet Sauvignon and a single block of Malbec, fermented separately in stainless steel barrels and then blended right before bottling to make the most harmonious combination.
Our Rosé is a natural salmon color and greets the nose with complex aromas of tangerine cream, fresh apricot, and lemon curd. Similar flavors greet the palate along with layers of savory spice, orange blossom, and brie rind, all framed by balanced acidity. The finish is creamy, long, and balanced. Our Rosé is as vivacious as it is serious, and harmonizes perfectly with your day and the friends you share it with.
