97 Points: "Easily the finest wine in the lineup from this terrific estate (although all these wines are beautiful), the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon 1 Post comes all from St. Helena and is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon brought up in 90% new barrels. It has a quintessential bouquet of ripe currants, cassis, spicy oak, dried flowers, and chocolate, and it opens up beautifully with time in the glass. Full bodied on the palate, it shines on all accounts and has remarkable balance, a pure, layered, elegant mouthfeel, fine tannins, and a great finish. It's already approachable, yet I suspect it will benefit from 2-4 years of bottle age and see its 20th birthday in fine form." ~Jeb Dunnuck
