remember the last time I harvested Sauvignon Blanc in October! The cool moderate weather yielded fruit of perfect ripeness retaining the perfect amount of natural acidity. Just like all our vintages of Crocker & Starr Sauvignon Blanc, this 2006 vintage has wonderful tropical aromas and flavors of white peach, mango, and guava finishing with vibrant and refreshing lime acidity. Here it is, another mouthwatering margarita Sauvignon with long lasting, luscious varietal characteristics.
