70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Semillon

Barbie Blonde yellow – a very pleasing color greets the eye and hibiscus flowers, lime blossom, kumquat, loquat stone, Yosemite minerals for the nose. Just the right amount of crispness satisfies the senses and finishes round and creamy like the meringue on a pie. The Semillon brings “jelly” to the more austere Sauvignon!
